Public Information Request

The City of Trimont provides the following ways for you to submit your public information request.

How to make a request for public data

You can look at data, or request copies of data that the city entity keeps.  You will need to complete the Data Request form, and make your request for the data to the appropriate individual listed in the Data Practice Policy listed on page 3.  

Written Form

You may submit a request to the appropriate individual listed in the Data Practice Policy on page 3.  You may submit the request in any written form, including by electronic mail, fax, or letter.

Good to Know

Please note that for a public information request to be valid, it must be submitted in writing.
